  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently offer standard shipping to all addresses within Singapore.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the size and weight of our Large Dog Beds, shipping costs are optimized to ensure safe and trackable delivery to your doorstep.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

gomut.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For Singaporean customers, please be aware of the prevailing GST regulations for imported goods.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gomut.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
