1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your dog bed must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unused and unwashed).
- Free from pet hair, odors, or stains.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@gomut.shop.
- Provide your order number and photos of the item’s current condition.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Change of Mind: Since dog beds are large and heavy, customers are responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for returning the item if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, gomut.shop will cover the return shipping costs. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- All transactions are processed in USD. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized dog beds.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Beds that show signs of use by a pet (for hygiene reasons).
